How did L1 Grafx begin?
Pretty easy. We did flyers in college for fraternities, sororities and local clubs to begin with. This was just the beginning of using Adobe programs. Then a couple of years went by, decided to become a real business, ran into some bumps here and there, and look at us now! We are here to problem
solve and give you the best solution.
What are your Hours of Operation?
Yes, we do have office hours. We operate from 9am - 5pm Monday thru Friday. During these hours you can call us at 1-866-495-2949.
Are you a trusted business?
Level One Grafx is a member of the Better Business Bureau, a trusted business in Tennessee, Kentucky and Northern Alabama area.
We even have a Grade A....yay for us!
I own a business related to gambling. Will you work with me?
Our apologies, but we do not work with companies dealing in harmful, unlawful, adult, or questionnable material.
What's the client involvement with the project?
We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats. If working on a web project, feel free to bring any references you like.
How will I receive my project once completed?
Once there is final payment, the project work and all elements is yours.We will give you an electronic copy of any work that is created for you. At your request, we can send it to you on CD or email. We will keep a copy of your files for future updates that may occur.
Do you communicate with me during the project?
Yes, we will keep you abreast of the progress made within the project. We believe the most effective way to be successful in a project, is to communicate with the client. In between milestones of the project, feel free to give us a call to check on the progress.
Who owns the copyright for the project?
Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
I need a rush job, Can you help me?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional 50% – 100% on top of the normal price.

What type of services do you provide?
Level One offers a wide variety of services for your company needs. We do brochures, business cards, logos, magazine ads, stationary, cd packaging, dvd cover designs, marketing strategies, branding, graphics for web sites, web development, messaging, naming, and other print and marketing options. Why do I need a logo?
You want to be the business that is unique in its own way. Having a logo makes you memborable and easy to recognize. Plus, it helps you elevate your business. We could go on and on about this, but this will do for now.
Is Marketing Important?
Yes, very important. People can't buy a product or service they know nothing about or don't understand. Marketing is the best solution to help you capitalize on your desired target audience.
Payment
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept business checks, personal checks, and money orders. Please send all payments to Level One Grafx, P.O. Box 22088, Nashville, TN 37202.
How do you charge for your services?
Prices depend on the longevity of the project, how much is needed, but rest assure that the money you pay will match the quality and creativeness for your project. Most companies will charge you more money and give you less of what you needed. We encourage clients to research other agencies to see how much they charge and the quality of their work. If you would like us to price a project, give a call today.
How will I keep track of my payments?
During the payment process, we will send you an invoice for your payment within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive an invoice within that time, please give us a call to follow up.

Is it worth spending money for a logo?
Logos provide lasting impression and it differentiates you from your competitors. We know how important having a good logo is to your business, and how culturally aware consumers visually associate strong symbols with quality companies.
Do you print flyers, or any marketing collateral?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not have a printer on our own. We work with a variety of print shops to deliver the best product and are cost effective.
How important are 'looks' when it comes to marketing communications?
To look good is to be good. Presentation matters, and this will determine how well your target audience stays loyal to your brand. Working with Level One Grafx, our strategies will encompass an easy way, and creative touch to communicate with your audience effectively.
What is a Brand?
A brand is simply a set of associations that is linked to a product or company name. A brand is memorable inside your customers brain. Your brand is what makes your company different from the others. We will work with your to make sure your brand is unique inside your competitive market. We will develop a strategy that is consistent and functioning to the behavior of your customers, old and new.
What type of Strategies do you develop?
We develop marketing strategies to best fit your needs depending on the specific product or service you are promoting.
